Convention & Corporate Transportation
Hotel shuttles, continuous loops and coordinated multi-coach movements for conventions, meetings and corporate groups.
Built for large groups on fixed schedules
Convention and corporate transportation is about timing. Attendees need to get from hotels to sessions, and from sessions to receptions, without long waits. We run hotel shuttles and continuous loops to the Orange County Convention Center and other Orlando venues, and we coordinate multi-coach movements when a whole group has to move at once.
Our Orlando base is near the Orange County Convention Center, which keeps coaches close when schedules change.
Who we work with: Meeting and event planners, corporate travel managers, destination management companies and association staff.
